Hi, I’m Brooke Davis, founder of Elysian Women’s Wellness, women’s certified functional nutritionist and fitness coach.
I started in the fitness world as a bikini competitor, did everything “by the book,” and watched my period disappear, my weight rebound, and my energy tank. Fun times.
That detour is why I do what I do now, helping midlife women get leaner, stronger, and calmer without starving or living on a treadmill.
I’ve spent 15 years coaching women through real life. Careers, kids, perimenopause, travel, stress, the works. My approach is simple and intentional. We use my 3 phase Functional Fat Burn Protocol.
Basically, we restore foundations so your body actually wants to change, we rebuild muscle and metabolism with progressive strength and smart fueling, then we lock it in with stress and recovery strategies that keep results steady.
The Functional Fat Burn Protocol is honestly the framework I wish someone had handed me back when I was in the thick of it. I built it because my clients deserved better than "eat less and move more."
